  I used to go to this salon all the time. Great technicians. No matter who I got, they always did a good job. However the manager, Nicky, left a bad taste in my mouth with poor customer service. I was a regular (gel manicure and pedi every week or two) and one week the gel polish was bad and turned color hours later. I worked 12 hour days and the soonest I could return was a few days later. Long story short, she accused me of lying and used the fact that I came back days later as saying it was my fault and that I had touched some kind of chemical when I left. I've used gel polish several years and have yet to find a household chemical that would do that. I was also offended because she knew I was a regular customer and did nothing to help. I was extremely disappointed as I loved the nail technician at the time.
